This station is part of a production line, it requires cutting a seatbelt to length.
The station requires strict adherence to company standards on overall station footprint and part fabrication.
- Solution
LG AUTOMATION designed a tooling to accomodate new product models by using a 3-axis laser cutter.
The station leveraged a design library to use the highest possible amount of standardized parts.
Both CAPEX and tooling were fully manufactured in-house.

- Allen Bradley PLC & HMI.
- SMC penumatic components.
