Seatpan bracket assembly
- Requirements
This station is part of a production line, the client required a station where an operator assembles a bracket unto a seatpan.
The station was bound by specific ergonomic requirements, such as having automatically adjustable working height.
- Solution
LG AUTOMATION designed and manufactured an aluminum profile cabin with several 2D scanners and nests for the seatpan.
This station leveraged Stanley torque controllers for assembling the bracket.

- SMC pneumatic components.
- Bosch-Rexroth electric lift.
- Keyence 2D scanner.
- Allen Bradley PLC & HMI.
