Seatpan clip insertion
- Requirements
This station is part of a production line, the client required a station where an operator inserts a clip into the seatpan.
The station was bound by specific ergonomic requirements, such as having automatically adjustable working height.
- Solution
LG AUTOMATION designed and manufactured an aluminum profile cabin with nests for the seat tracks, and actuators for clip insertion.
This station leveraged SMC pneumatic actuators to perform the clip insertion.

- Bosch-Rexroth electric lift.
- Keyence 2D scanner.
- Allen Bradley PLC & HMI.
